Sealed AGM: (Absorbed Glass Mat) originally developed for military aircraft where power, weight, safety
and reliability were paramount considerations. Faster Recharge, Sealed, Totally Maintenance Free, Much
better charge retention deep cycle battery. Higher resistance to vibration Higher bulk charge acceptance
rate (which means up to a 15% shorter recharge time and reduced cost). Can be used in saltwater
applications.
Using a VRLA sealed AGM battery is recommended inside a semi-enclosed area, like the passenger
compartment, as it is safer than a wet battery being spill, leak proof, non gassing & can be mounted in
virtually any position even on its side! (because it is sealed). In most cases AGM batteries will give longer
service life & greater cycle life than a wet cell battery. They have particularly low self discharge rate
(typically 1%-2% per month) so that they will not go flat during long periods without charge. Our range
